Hair highlighting is really a fast-rising trend in the fashion industry. A lot of people uses it to express their individuality and fashion statement. Long time ago, only women consider putting highlights in their hair. These days, even straight men are joining the trends because the hair colors can give them a more elegant and stylish look.

We have four types of hair highlighting:

Chunking – It is the process of applying color on the different sizes of chunks of hair.
Foil Highlighting – It is the method wherein the foil is being used to separate the hair strands to shun mixing of colors on the rest of the strands.
Hair-Painting – Brush and Comb are used to apply color in the desired part of the hair.
Low lightning – It is the method of applying shades to natural hair that are much lighter.
