According to OK! magazine, Jennifer Aniston says that hair extensions ruined her hair.

After she finished Friends, the 39-year-old actress decided to get her hair cut, regretted the decision, and thought about puting in some hair extensions. “I had a couple of hair extensions, never knowing that you end up with 400 things in your head that cause your hair to break off.”

She adds that nothing destroys your hair faster than extensions. “It took a year and a half for my hair to recover.”

So if you want Jennifer’s straight golden locks think twice about putting extensions in your hair.
